Myles Crain

Myles is a lifetime student of mathematics currently pursuing a graduate degree in mathematics education. He hopes to develop tutorial programs embedded within public high school curricula in the United States to help counteract the objectification of the student by the educational system. So-called \”tutorships\” provide unparalleled opportunities for students to develop their distinct individual intellectual characters, to experience learning rooted in their own curiosities, and to develop academic kinships with peers and more experienced scholars. Myles strongly believes that affect toward learning is the most critical component to scholarly success–which explains his wild enthusiasm for Compass.

Myles finds his personal niche sharing his food, his music, and his manner of being with those who would do the same. When Myles grows up, he want to fight The Man.
